What we collect

Employer enquiries collect your name, work email, company, employee count and message.

Provider applications collect your name, email, profession and short message. Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal details in either form.

Why we collect it

We use these details to respond and take steps you ask us to take before a contract, such as preparing a proposal. Those requested pre-contract steps are our lawful basis where applicable. We also rely on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, service security and preventing abuse.

Who sees it

Our team receives the submission. Resend processes and delivers the enquiry email on our behalf. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information needed to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, contact our team. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
